15e Burton European Open in Laax
De Burton European Open (BEO) is een van de meest prestigieuze snowboard events in Europa. Ook dit jaar wordt het evenement weer gepresenteerd door MINI en voor de tiende keer op rij zal het plaats vinden in Laax. Ieder jaar komen er meer dan 300 riders af op het evenement waar amateurs uit komen tegen professionals, er zal er dus weer snowboarden op bijzonder hoog niveau te zien zijn.
Het sportieve hoogtepunt is het weekend van zaterdag 18 en zondag 19 januari 2014. In de slopestyle- en halfpipefinales komen de beste zes vrouwen en tien mannen uit om begeerde Burton European Open titels, 125.000 US$ prijsgeld en een last-minute ticket voor Olympische roem te winnen.
